I joined an e-commerce company in June 2015 and left in June 2016. Despite sending numerous emails, they refused my salary claiming I didn’t provide notice. I worked as a Sourcing Manager at a private garment export company in India. Despite receiving the materials the next day, the CEO was extremely rude about them not being in stock earlier. This upset me so much that I resigned after completing my duties. However, the company is now withholding my salary for the days I worked and refusing to pay my arrears.
