My uncle received a property through a registered General Power of Attorney (GPA) from a friend. Now, he wants to sell it to someone else. But we can’t find the original owner. Namaste! I own a corner plot house in our society, which is a freehold property. I’m planning to convert it into a commercial space. The front of my house borders a 7.5-meter road within the society, and the back connects to a 7.5-9 meter road owned by the apartments behind. This road ultimately connects to a 24-meter main road.I have two questions:1. My son recently purchased a flat with a bank loan, and I’m listed as a co-owner on the documents even though I didn’t contribute financially. The flat is registered, and we have possession. Now, my wife wants to buy a parking space for the flat, and she’s paid for it in full. She wants to register the parking space either jointly with my son or with me, since one of us is a co-owner of the flat.
