I’m a real estate agent in Hyderabad. A client from Bangkok wanted me to find a rental flat for her mother. Her mother visited the property and liked it. After discussing with her mother, my client contacted me and we started negotiating. I agreed to a 50% brokerage on the rental value. I have all our WhatsApp messages. Seeking Guidance on Inherited Temple Land in Beed I have inherited land registered in the name of a temple in Beed district, Maharashtra. My father’s name, along with other family members, appears in the ‘other rights’ section of the 7/12 document. My father has passed away. The land consists of five survey numbers and was acquired by the government for a dam construction project many years ago. I have a few questions:1. How can I identify the specific survey numbers that were acquired?2. I suspect that compensation for the acquired land was released, and my cousin may have claimed my father’s share without informing me.
