My father bought 1.2 acres of land in 1971 using a traditional agreement. We’ve been living on it since then. We applied for official ownership in 2006, but there was a dispute with my father’s brother’s family, who also claimed the land. After a long legal battle, my father finally got the ownership document in 2010. However, during the court proceedings, my uncle sold the land to a real estate company. Even though the police intervened, the land was recently returned to the company. What can we do to get the illegal ownership cancelled and regain possession of our land?

Expert Advice Needed on Property Gift with Condition Namaste! I’m a Christian woman and recently received a gift of property from my father, registered in my name. The property was originally purchased in the early 1980s. My father has imposed a condition that it can only be sold within the family (siblings or their children). I have a few questions:1. Our new residents’ association started charging per hour for using the billiards table and yoga room this month, on top of our regular maintenance fees.
