My grandfather passed away two years ago without leaving a will. His property is now shared by my grandmother, her three sons (including my father), and two daughters. We all agreed to sell the property, but one uncle opposes the sale. The property is undivided, and we need to sell it to get our share. Can we request a partition so each heir can use their share as they wish? The property includes a house and some land behind it. It’s small but valuable, worth around ₹2 crores.
