My son, after completing his training at ICICI Bank, secured a Probationary Officer position in February 2015. The bank, at a cost of around â‚¹3 lakhs, had trained him and then provided a loan at a low interest rate, which was to be repaid in 60 installments from his salary. He was posted in a Guwahati branch and worked as a Sales Manager. Sadly, he was recently terminated due to an error in a customer’s mobile number during account opening, even though he verified the number by calling as per protocol. No charges were formally laid against him, nor was he given an opportunity to defend himself. Adding to the hardship, the bank is now demanding the full loan amount from my unemployed son. Could you advise if there are any legal options available for him to fight this injustice?

I worked at a construction company, starting August 1st, 2012, and left on December 22nd, 2012. I took leave from October 18th to November 11th, 2016, for family issues and was unable to return. My boss advised me to resign, which I did on December 22nd, 2016. However, I haven’t received my salary for September 2016 to November 11th, 2016, even after withdrawing my EPF. I took unplanned, approved leave from January 10th to February due to a family emergency. I kept my manager informed throughout. However, I faced several issues at work, including an incorrect name on my bond. Despite raising this, I was told not to worry. Then, Parveen constantly harassed me, even saying I couldn’t walk around without a reason. The management seemed indifferent. My friend started a new IT job, but the pressure was too much, and he had health issues. He told the company he wanted to leave, but they couldn’t help him.
