I joined an IT company in April and was working diligently. Everything was going well until a disagreement with my boss on June 17th. I was selected for a job in 2005, but received my appointment letter only in 2014. I work at a private bank in Manipur. We were regularized on February 1st, 2014, but haven’t been confirmed yet after a year. The bank created a seniority list based solely on the regularization order, disregarding individual merit. Can seniority be determined only from the order list without considering merit?
