I’m about to complete two months at my job, but I’ve decided to resign to pursue a course. Over 300 of us were selected in a central recruitment process in India, but our joining has been on hold since the final list was announced in May 2016. A non-selected candidate filed a case against the recruitment process. The first hearing was in November 2016, but it was adjourned with directions. The case was listed again in January 2017, but was adjourned again. The next listing is in March 2017. I’m worried about our joining and have some questions:1.
