I’m planning to leave my current job in India. I submitted my resignation, but haven’t received any formal response from the company despite verbal confirmation. My performance review was also discussed verbally, but there’s no written record. The usual notice period is 3 months, but I can only manage one month due to personal reasons. For two years now, my boss has been making inappropriate comments about my appearance. I told him to stop, but since then, he’s been unfairly treating me. He assigns me less work, picks on my mistakes, and even threatens my job. This has happened three times now, and recently he’s been making personal comments about his relationships with other women, implying it’s my fault he’s behaving this way. I joined a software company and didn’t take any leave in my first month. They deducted about 1500 rupees from my salary, and when I asked why, they said they were investigating.
