Dear Sir/Madam,My uncle, mamaji, forged a release deed (Hakka sod-patra) for our ancestral land, promising us the entire property. However, we later discovered that the property number mentioned in the deed (7/12) was incorrect. The actual property number is 49(4), but mamaji misled my mother, telling her it was 42(4), in front of the sub-registrar officer. He admitted his mistake after four years, but despite promises of correction, has refused to rectify the deed for the past two months. We are now considering legal action against him for cheating us. We kindly request your guidance and assistance in obtaining justice.

My sister used my ration card, Aadhaar card, and educational documents to create a fake PAN card and financial records. She then took out loans in my name from 12 different financial institutions without my knowledge. One of these institutions obtained an ex parte order in 2013 and filed for execution in 2016. I have filed objections in the civil court, along with an unknown guarantor, and submitted written arguments. The judge has scheduled a hearing on my objections. I have reported this to the police and RBI but haven’t received any help. My sister works in the police, and her influence allowed her to pull this off. I received summons in February 2016. Could you advise me on how to prevent the court from ordering attachment of my assets to recover the fraudulent loans?

Back in 2011, I worked for an overseas placement agency. I left in February 2012. In 2013, I read in the newspaper about the agency owner cheating clients. The police started investigating, and they even took details of former employees, including those who had resigned. A policeman visited my home asking me to come to court. I went once before my marriage. Now, I’m married and three months pregnant, and I’m back in my hometown. The policeman came again today and asked me to sign some papers, saying I need to go to court again. This situation is causing problems with my husband’s family.
