My grandfather, father, and uncle were wrongly evicted from our property. They submitted copies of the eviction notice to the village headman and the police station, and even published an advertisement in the newspaper. My grandfather had also prepared a legal document, transferring the property to me and my siblings, with my mother as the caretaker. However, after his death, my father and uncles used threats and intimidation to take all the documents from my mother and bribed officials at the court to register the property in their names.

My grandfather, born in the 1920s, divided his property among his sons in 1965. He received a house and land, which he later sold before 1985. He had two sons and two daughters, all married by 1983. My father, his second son, cared for him and my grandmother from 1985 until his passing in 2000. In 2002, my grandfather, then 80 years old, signed a deed giving his deceased son’s children, aged 25 and 30, the right to care for him and my grandmother. My grandfather passed away in 2010. In 2011, my grandfather’s other son and two daughters filed a suit to divide the remaining property, including the house. My aunts took my grandmother with them, claiming a share of the house for themselves. They argue for an equal share. Is the 2002 deed my grandfather signed valid?

My father built two houses â€“ one in our ancestral village and another in a nearby town. The village land was inherited from our grandparents, while the town property is registered in my father’s name. He used his own savings to build both houses. After retiring, he built a third house using his retirement benefits on land owned by his elder brother. He also bought two vacant plots with his retirement funds. My uncle, his elder brother, didn’t contribute anything towards any of these properties, not even a small amount. My father doesn’t receive any pension, only a lump sum amount upon retirement. My uncle, however, continues to receive a pension.I have a few questions:1. Does my uncle have a legal right to a share in all the properties my father has acquired?2.
