My grandfather gifted a shop to my uncle, but my father and uncle worked there together. After my grandparents passed away, my uncle claimed ownership and asked my father to leave. Respected Sir/Madam,I’m about to buy a flat in a cooperative housing society in East Delhi. The seller is requesting 2-3 months to vacate, after the full payment and registration, as he’s bought another property (which I’ve seen is still under construction). I’ve also sold my own house and am currently renting. The flat registration is scheduled for the next 7-10 days. I own a piece of land and entered into a development agreement with a builder in 2005. The builder constructed 18 flats and 6 shops on my land and gave me 2 flats and 1 shop in return. I only received a possession letter and haven’t yet transferred the ownership of these 2 flats and 1 shop to my name. The builder paid the stamp duty on the development agreement and continues to pay the property tax and electricity bills.
