My builder promised me possession of my flat in January 2015. I’ve been paying pre-EMI for the past 18 months, but the building is still unfinished. Can I take legal action against them? My family and I have been living peacefully in our home for the past 12 years. We’ve never had any issues with anyone in our neighborhood or outside. However, I’ve noticed some people from outside are trying to pry into our personal lives. Even some neighbors have told me about it. I don’t want to name them because they could also face trouble. I’m currently paying interim maintenance in a Section 125 case in the lower court. However, I’ve lost my job and need to appeal for a revision of this maintenance under Section 127. My wife’s cross-examination wasn’t properly conducted, so I need to request a recall of witnesses under Section 311. Also, I can’t see my 6-year-old daughter, so I want to appeal for custody under Section 8. Is there a way to file a petition within the main Section 125 case itself to reduce my financial burden, ideally during my working hours?
