My neighbour’s driver, claiming to have government housing allotment papers, presented a photocopy to the court. The judge accepted it. After checking, I realised the document was forged. I informed the judge, but he refused to act. Is accepting a photocopy or forged document not a crime? Is the judge also complicit, along with the driver and his lawyer? How can this be justified? I filed a complaint with the Kannur Police in June 2016 about a group of people who promised my son a job visa but instead took a large sum of money and disappeared.
