I’ve been a BSNL customer since 2011, using both their landline and broadband. My landline has been plagued by noise issues since 2011, making it unusable. While my broadband works, it frequently disconnects. Luckily, the landline problem was finally fixed on November 18, 2015. However, I’ve been paying a monthly bill of Rs. 707, including service charges, for both services since 2011. Can I sue BSNL for providing poor service? What documents do I need to prove this? I don’t have copies of my complaints, how can I prove the problems I faced? Where can I file this case? Can I get compensation even after the problems are fixed? What if the time limit has passed, can I still make a case if I have a strong reason?

I’m a 45-year-old man living in Delhi for work. My wife filed for a transfer of our RCR case from Delhi to Darbhanga, Bihar, in 2013, where she lives and where we got married. I’m considering withdrawing the RCR and filing for divorce based on desertion and cruelty, given my age and the time spent on this case. My 10-year-old daughter’s well-being is my top priority, and I initially fought for RCR to save our family. However, my wife’s behavior during our marriage and her refusal to return have made reconciliation impossible. She’s accused us of dowry and domestic violence, even though I have proof of her misconduct.
