My dad lives in Gujarat and visits our Mumbai home only once a month. He’s been doing some strange things, like putting a woman’s hair and teeth in a cupboard drawer. My father passed away in 2007, leaving behind a landed property in Chennai and Bengaluru, registered in my mother’s name. We, the four brothers, agreed to an equal share of the property, with each receiving 1200 sq ft in both cities.
