I was in a relationship with a girl from Delhi for four years, starting in January 2012 and ending in May 2016. We lived together for two and a half years during that time. We were planning our future together, but things changed. I felt she became overly demanding, and she insisted on not living with my family after marriage. I moved back to my hometown in March 2015 due to personal reasons. We continued talking over the phone until May 2016, but the long distance proved difficult and we stopped communicating.My concern is whether she could sue me for breach of promise to marry or file a false case against me. We ended our relationship amicably, but I’m worried about her possessive nature. I want to mention that she belongs to a Scheduled Caste, as I’m not sure if this impacts the situation. I appreciate any advice from legal experts.

My father, who’s 70, and I, at 38, have been running the family construction business since I was a kid. Lately, things haven’t been good. He’s getting older and finding it hard to manage everything. My grandfather passed away in 1992, and since then, my mother’s brothers have been manipulating us with a fake will. They forged it, obtained a succession certificate, and took control of our family’s valuable property. They even sold it and withdrew large sums of money from bank accounts. Should I file a case against them first, or focus on getting an investigation registered? I’m considering filing a criminal case under Section 420 and freezing their accounts. What would you advise?

We got married in 2003 and our daughter was born in 2005. In 2013, my wife left with her family. I tried everything to resolve the issues, even taking her on a trip to the mountains, but she refused to return. She filed cases against me in 2015.
