I filed a complaint against ICICI Bank in the Belgaum court regarding my pension. The court accepted my petition and ordered the police to investigate the matter and file an FIR against the bank and its 10 directors. While the FIR is registered, the police aren’t actively investigating and are suggesting I withdraw the case and pursue it in a civil court. I booked two shops in Universal Unimart, Sector 82, Gurgaon (near Universal Aura) from Universal Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. in September 2011, paying a total of Rs. 32 lakhs through cheques and Rs. 18 lakhs in cash. The builder promised possession by October 2014, but construction hasn’t started yet.
