Dear Sir,I recently booked a flat in Sector 93, Gurgaon. The agreement states that possession is due in January 2017, with a six-month grace period. Our builder delayed our flats for 6 years and we filed two cases in the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). While one was up for hearing, the other was filed in August 2015. We were five buyers initially, representing over a thousand buyers for this project. Despite our pleas, the court dismissed both cases and asked us to seek approval from the Commission under Section 12(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), citing a ruling from September 2016. Only four flats have been delivered, and we lack the list of other buyers. How can we proceed with this application representing all the affected homeowners?

I ordered two Motorola Moto G 3rd generation phones online from Silversoft.co.in on October 29th, 2015. I followed their instructions, paid through their SBI current account in Nagpur on the same day, and sent them a transaction receipt to [email protected] for shipment as per their terms. However, I haven’t received any updates about my order since then. I’ve emailed them multiple times and even tried contacting them on WhatsApp, but their account is deactivated.
