Traveling on Indian Railways with an RAC ticket can be a bit of a gamble, right? You pay the full fare like confirmed ticket holders but are only guaranteed a seat if someone cancels or leaves their berth. It feels unfair to pay for a confirmed berth when you might not get it, especially for a long journey. Wouldn’t it be reasonable to ask for a refund for the difference between the seat and berth fare until you’re actually allotted a confirmed berth? It seems fair to charge based on the service actually received. Could you please advise on the legal grounds for this?

The builder delayed providing the documents needed for my home loan, giving them to me in parts. This caused delays in the bank and legal processes, further delaying my payments to the builder.
