My wife and I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Tirupati on 30th July with Abhi Bus (Vaibhav Travels), ticket number TS-ABB17908487XGI. The bus was two hours late without any notice, and then they cancelled it entirely without informing us. They put us on another bus, but our seats were in the last row, which is unsuitable for my wife who is unwell. Despite trying to explain the situation, the bus staff were rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly called Abhi Bus customer care, but they didn’t take any action. What should I do?

I bought a house with a super area of 1600 sq ft, but the flat I received has a built-up area of only 950 sq ft. A neighbor who did the registry told me that only the built-up area was mentioned in the documents. I’ve taken possession and moved in, but I haven’t registered the property yet. The builder took 40% of my money for the super area, but never mentioned it in any document. Even the allotment letter only showed the super area. Can I file a case against the builder and get my money back for the missing 650 sq ft?

I’ve already paid more than the agreed contract amount, even including extra work we requested. I even made payments that were supposed to be done after the project was finished, in good faith. But now, after completing about 80% of the work, the contractor has stopped working regularly and is demanding more money, claiming increased material costs and extra payments to his workers. I’ve been patient, but I’ve lost 8-10 months and a significant amount of money. How can I move forward to get this project finished quickly without spending any more, since I’ve already paid more than enough?

I had laser hair removal done at Visage Clinic in Pune in September, October, and November of 2015. I paid the full amount of â‚¹75,000 for four full-body sessions. The doctor assured me that after these sessions, hair growth would be drastically reduced, leaving only very fine hairs. This was supposed to be evident within a couple of months.However, in 2016, I’m experiencing increased hair growth on my hands, chest, and legs. The doctor said this might be because they didn’t use a higher energy level during the treatments. I’m requesting a full refund.Can you advise me on what steps I can take in this situation? What are my chances of winning a case against the clinic? Could I also claim reimbursement for legal fees and other expenses incurred?

We’re a small calibration company, Wavecal Technologies, based in Bangalore. We recently registered our trademark, following advice from a local contact. Six months ago, a woman approached us about supplying equipment so she could bring us business in Chennai.
