We purchased a CNC machine from Jyoti CNC Automation in Gujarat. They promised delivery on May 13th, 2016, if we paid the full amount by May 1st, 2016. We paid, but the delivery was repeatedly delayed, finally happening on June 30th, 2016. However, we discovered that Jyoti used the machine in Delhi for an exhibition without our consent from July 7th to July 11th, 2016, before finally delivering it to Rudrapur, Uttarakhand on July 12th, 2016. What legal action can we take against Jyoti for this breach of contract and unauthorized use of our machine?

I bought a new car from a dealer in my city, but they registered it in my father’s name instead of mine, even though all the payment receipts and invoice were in my name as per my Aadhaar card. The dealer’s agent made the mistake. Now, they’re giving me trouble getting the road tax receipt, insurance policy copy, and other documents. I’ve been calling them constantly for updates, but they keep making excuses.
