My mother is facing a difficult situation with her brother and nephew over our grandparents’ house in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi. The house is about 60 square yards, and unfortunately, no property registration or will was ever made. My grandparents passed away before my father, who died in July 2000. My father had one brother and two sisters, and I have one sister. My uncle holds the property papers in his name.
