My marriage took place six months ago. My husband’s bio-data mentioned he was a B.Com graduate, and they showed us two shops as proof of their financial standing. After marriage, I discovered he acts, thinks, and speaks like someone who hasn’t completed basic education. He struggles with simple English words. I verified his details and found he’s actually a 10th standard dropout. He obtained his degree from a village college where anyone can get one without completing 10th or 12th, but he never disclosed this. I asked him about his marks multiple times, but he always ignored me. I’m a CA Inter pass and am currently pursuing my CA Final. Two months after marriage, I discovered his fake education and left the house, never to return. We obtained a divorce through our community on a stamp paper, but I know it’s not legally valid. As he’s illiterate, he doesn’t even know it’s not legally binding. Can I appeal for marriage annulment based on fraud?

I recently changed my name from ABC to XYZ. My passport, Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, and bank documents all reflect my new name (XYZ). I’ve been renting a house for 15 months. The original agreement was for 11 months. My landlord recently raised the rent by over 15% and pressured me to sign a new agreement.
