I’m looking to buy a plot in Yelahanka, Bangalore, from Mr. Gowda, a property developer. He’s selling it based on a GPA (General Power of Attorney) from Rajappa, who is the owner according to the EC (Extract of Certified Copy).However, I’m a bit concerned because the Supreme Court recently ruled against the validity of GPAs.
