My brother and his wife have been living separately for the past half a year. Now, she has filed a dowry harassment case (498A) against my brother, my wife, my mother, and me. We are confused because we live separately from them. How can we be accused of harassment when we don’t even live together? My brother has also filed a complaint against her at the local police station. She doesn’t seem to be under his control, and often leaves to stay with her parents without informing him. When he asks her to return, she threatens him with the 498A case. Eventually, she filed the case.Additionally, my brother has recently undergone medical tests, and we know she has a health condition that can be transmitted through sexual contact. I hired a web development agency from Gurgaon through Freelancer.com to build my website. I paid them half the fees upfront, but they haven’t delivered on their promise.
