I worked for a company from May to August last year. I had an accident in late August and informed the Director about my situation. He said I could return to work once I recovered. However, I got caught up with family matters and other commitments. I tried to finalize my exit formalities with them but they kept saying they were unavailable. After repeated attempts, the Director finally agreed to release my salary after six months. When I questioned this delay, they said they wouldn’t release it at all. Dear Sir,I signed a franchise agreement and lease contract with an oil company in Mumbai, valid for 25 years. The business has been unprofitable for the past 10 years, and I’m facing losses. Our housing society, in a past AGM/SGM, allocated open parking spaces. These were then sold along with flats to new buyers. However, 25% of the remaining flat owners, including myself with a 2BHK, are now without parking. Despite writing to the society after becoming a member, I’ve been denied parking for over two years.The stilt area, marked for parking on the BMC floor plan, is mostly unused except for 8 days a year for Jain temple activities. Even after the Dy. Registrar ordered an SGM to allocate stilt parking, the society is refusing to comply. An advocate suggests a lengthy court case, which could take 4-5 years.What are my options? The committee is adamant that I should have bought a flat with parking and are not following by-laws. I’m desperate for a solution.

My husband and I got married in a simple court ceremony on 19th May, 2014. Within two months, on 31st July, he took all my money and disappeared without a word. His family had demanded dowry before the marriage, and he’d insisted on a court wedding. After the marriage, it was clear he only wanted my money. We never even shared a proper relationship. I recently completed my B.Com. and am actively looking for a job. I joined an institute for training as an HR Executive, hoping to improve my job prospects. However, they recommended I focus on becoming an Account Executive for better future opportunities. I’m now preparing for government exams and can’t commit to the HR training.I joined the institute a month ago, as they promised classes would start within two days. Unfortunately, the classes only began after a month, and then they demanded payment for the full course. Due to my competitive exam preparation, I’m unable to continue the HR training. I’m planning to buy a DDA flat in Rohini. While checking the documents, I noticed something unusual. The Intimation letter, Allotment Letter, and CD all mention the property address without a specific pocket, or sometimes even mention “Pocket 0.” However, the possession slip shows the flat’s address as “Pocket 4.” I asked DDA about this, and they said it’s not a problem because the file number matches across all documents. They haven’t given me anything in writing about this difference though. Should I be concerned, or is this a minor issue and I can go ahead with the deal?

My Intellectual Property case filed in Tirupati Civil Court in 2009 was dismissed in December 2016 because I hadn’t filed my income tax returns. I had given three blank cheques to someone in 2008, but the accounts are now closed. If they try to deposit these cheques, could they file a cheque bounce case against me?
