My husband and I got married in a simple court ceremony on 19th May, 2014. Within two months, on 31st July, he took all my money and disappeared without a word. His family had demanded dowry before the marriage, and he’d insisted on a court wedding. After the marriage, it was clear he only wanted my money. We never even shared a proper relationship. He vanished suddenly, and when I tried to file a police complaint, they only registered a missing person report which they quickly closed when he came and signed. I haven’t heard from him since. I need a divorce as soon as possible, please advise.
