My family, including three brothers, their wives, children, and my mother, lived together. I moved out a year ago after receiving my share of the property. I now live with my youngest brother, his wife, and their children. However, he struggles with alcohol addiction and has been in rehab several times. His wife can be aggressive and manipulative. Recently, my mother came to live with me, saying she couldn’t stay with them anymore because of the constant fighting and threats of suicide. The youngest brother’s wife blames us for their problems. My company filed a case against me for breaking my service agreement. The court decision came on January 27th, 2016, and the online status says “Case Status: CASE DISPOSED Nature of Disposal: Contested–DECREED WITH NO COSTS”. Does this mean I lost the case?
