I filed a divorce case which was heard without my ex-partner being present. The judge said he’d decide later, but the judgement date remains the same. Could someone explain the appeal period if the judgement goes against me? Is there any way to speed up the judgement process? I need this decision for another case and if it’s unfavorable, I want to appeal quickly to the Ranchi High Court. How long does it typically take for an appeal to be heard in the High Court?

My late husband nominated me and my daughter as beneficiaries for his PF and gratuity. I work in a multinational company. My in-laws submitted a legal heir document to my company and claimed the funds, creating a dispute. They later sent a letter stating they have no objection to releasing the money to me and my daughter but requested we sign an indemnity bond, which we refused. I recently joined a new company and they asked me to pay â‚¹4,500 for training. I paid the money but didn’t get a receipt, as they said the company doesn’t provide them.
