I was accused of being involved in a bribe case. The person who gave the bribe confessed to the police that he deposited the money in someone else’s account. The account holder also told the police that he received the money and gave it to me, even though I never actually received it. The police issued a warrant for my arrest, and I went to the police station. During the investigation, I admitted that I never received the money and wasn’t involved in any fraud with the accused. I worked at EXL Service Private Limited in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from February 2016 to July 2016. I was terminated in August 2016, with the reason cited as “probation” in the termination letter. The Labor Department, after reviewing my documents, ruled this termination illegal as “probation” does not justify termination under Indian law. My joining letter and salary structure do not mention a probation period, implying my status as a regular employee. I also presented a previous joining letter from 2007, along with experience and relieving letters, which further supported my claim. The HR’s termination letter, however, contradicts this.

Respected Sir,I own a plot of land, around 6,500 square meters, in which an old, unused government canal (Sarkaari Kool) exists within one khasra number. I have received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Irrigation department allowing me to use the land for construction, including laying pipelines for the canal.
