I filed a criminal complaint against four people in Dwarka Court, Delhi, accusing them of fraud and forgery related to a property I bought from their father. The property was transferred to their names after his death, and they later sold it to another person even though they knew I was the rightful owner. The court has only filed charges against the sellers under sections 467 and 34. Why hasn’t the court included the buyer in the case? How can I involve them, given that all four appear to have conspired in the sale? I had already built a fence, installed a gate, and put up my nameplate on the property. What legal options do I have against the buyer?

I’ve been with a startup for a while and recently received an offer from another company in India. I’m leaning towards accepting it, but my current startup’s founder says I can’t because of a non-compete agreement I signed. He’s threatening legal action if I join.The non-compete says I can’t work for any company that directly competes with them for two years, but it doesn’t define what a “competing business” is.
