My close friend and I started a business together, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. He mentioned wanting to pursue further studies and had some financial burdens. My father bought 1.2 acres of land in 1971 using a traditional agreement. We’ve been living on it since then. We applied for official ownership in 2006, but there was a dispute with my father’s brother’s family, who also claimed the land.
