My company suddenly fired me, citing poor performance and misconduct, which is completely unfair. I’ve consistently exceeded expectations, bringing in significant profits. Despite this, they’ve been deducting from my salary since April and haven’t paid me my full amount on time. They’ve also been disrespectful and humiliating, creating a hostile work environment. While I owe them a small amount, they haven’t tried to recover it before firing me. They now demand immediate payment, but they owe me a much larger sum, including my full and final settlement, unpaid salary, notice period, pending payments, bonus, earned leave, and expenses I incurred for the company. I proposed deducting their dues from my final settlement and paying me the remaining balance. They owe me much more than I owe them.

My company recently asked me to leave, saying I don’t fit their culture. I’ve been working at a company for the past 4 months. They mentioned a probation period verbally, and I trusted them and started working. Each time I asked for an offer letter, my manager gave excuses and promised to provide it later. I received my salary every month, so I kept believing him. Recently, they gave me the offer letter, but some clauses were unclear. When I asked to see the company policy, they said it was still being finalized.
