I got married in 2001. A few years later, in 2003, some issues arose between us leading to separation. When I tried to seek a divorce, my wife was unwilling to cooperate. Even after involving family members to help resolve the matter, she refused to reconcile. I sent her a notice seeking restoration of marital rights, but she ignored it. In 2007, I remarried without a divorce. Now, after almost 16 years, should I still pursue a divorce? Is it possible to get a divorce after such a long time? Please provide guidance.

My husband has filed a case for restoration of conjugal rights (RCR) against me in the Jamtara court.
