I rented a flat in Somanath Apartment in May 2013. The owner bought it in November 2012. In April 2015, KSFC came to the apartment and put up a possession notice. The builder hadn’t repaid a loan taken in February 2006. The builder had sold the flat to another builder in February 2011 without telling KSFC. KSFC registered the loan against the property in May 2013. They didn’t do anything for seven years before that. Now they’re saying the loan was for Gauri Apartment. Can KSFC take possession of the flat? What are my rights, and who can I file a case against?

Last Holi, on March 22nd, a group of 5 boys in our college wouldn’t stop throwing color on a girl, even though she repeatedly asked them to stop. When she tried to leave, they held her back, making it impossible for her to move. She filed complaints with both the college principal and the police. She also spoke about the incident publicly. As a software developer in Mumbai, I recently resigned from my Indian private limited company after serving the mutually agreed notice period. However, I’m facing some issues:1.
