My wife has a sister and a brother. After my father-in-law passed away in 2012, we discovered that he had distributed his land unevenly. While my sister-in-law received 10 acres and my brother-in-law received 15 acres, my wife received only 4 acres. My father-in-law kept 7 acres for himself, but he had verbally promised my wife an additional 2 acres from this land.
