My husband and I, both Hindus, have been living apart for almost a year now. We’ve tried to work things out but it just doesn’t seem possible. He’s become very controlling, expects me to support him financially, and even seems to have some personality issues. I know he won’t agree to a mutual divorce. While my family members received anticipatory bail from the sessions court, my application was rejected. I retired from a public sector company (PSU) in June 2016. My gratuity, leave encashment, and pension commutation are withheld due to an ongoing vigilance case. This case involves a fraud where over 30 employees were affected due to account manipulation using stolen passwords. I received a letter from my former employer in September 2014, requesting clarification on a ₹95,000/- adjustment voucher I prepared. I provided the clarification within 10 days, explaining that the voucher was prepared following company guidelines and that I was not involved in any fraud or negligence. Despite this, I haven’t received any show cause notice or further communication. Upon my retirement, I was informed that my benefits were stopped due to the vigilance case, but I’m unaware of the specific allegations against me.
