Can a Managing Director in a government, public sector, or corporate company in India issue an order today (May 2014) setting usage guidelines and limits for company-provided mobiles? My father rented out a small shop in 2006 to an astrologer. After his passing, I renewed the lease agreement every 10 months. My mother, who is 76, decided to sell our home in July, but changed her mind and wants to stay here for a few more years. For three years, I didn’t receive my performance review despite sending two formal notices to HR. They dismissed my concerns as false. Then, in August 2015, they demanded I resign or face termination. I refused. I requested my termination letter, but they wouldn’t provide it. They deposited my final payment without any breakdown.
