To get it, I had to obtain a new birth certificate from my hometown stating I was born in MP. My builder got DTCP approval for a project with 50+ apartments. I booked a 2BHK+1 Study room based on their floor plan. But the DTCP approval only mentions a 2BHK, treating the Study room as an extended living room.
