My mother is facing a difficult situation with her brother and nephew over our grandparents’ house in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi. I was medically discharged from the Indian Air Force in 1976 due to a condition deemed neither service-related nor aggravated by service. I’m a former NDA cadet from the pilots’ branch and received only invalidment gratuity. Sadly, I was not provided with my medical board papers. Prior to my commissioning in 1972, and even afterwards, I had no pre-existing disabilities. My only medical incident was a fainting episode on March 30, 1972, at Air Force Station Kumbhigram, Mizoram, following an air maintenance sortie. I’m an Indian freelancer and finished 7 projects for a client in Finland. He paid me, but a month later, he filed a chargeback and the payment was reversed. Freelancer.com support says he disputed the payment with his bank. It seems he used someone else’s credit card to make a fraudulent payment, and it was later reversed. I deleted the websites I built for him since I wasn’t paid. Now he’s threatening legal action if I don’t rebuild the sites. I have all the payment reversals, chat logs, and Freelancer support screenshots as proof. Can this client file a case against me? If so, where would he file it â€“ in India or Finland? Back in 2007, I was a bank employee and faced a serious situation. A shortage of 4 lakhs was discovered in the cash I was responsible for. The bank suspended me and even filed a complaint against me at the police station under section 406. Both the bank and the police conducted separate investigations. Sadly, the police, known for their ways, pressured me for a bribe promising a favorable report. In 2008, the police finally submitted a charge-sheet against me in court, while the bank also completed their internal inquiry and reinstated me in February 2009. They did give me a two-increment cut as punishment. My question is, with the bank reinstating me after the police filed a charge-sheet, can the court still take action on it, or is the matter closed?
