My land, along with two others, was being divided. The village officer, the Lekhpal, prepared a report giving all three of us access to the main road, as per our land’s use. But the SDM rejected it, claiming we didn’t all have road access, and told the Lekhpal to give us all road access (this seems ridiculous, right?).The Lekhpal then prepared another report, but this time only gave two of us access to the main road! The third person was given access through a back road, and their possession wasn’t even considered.I’m sure a higher court will give me justice, but I want to hold the corrupt SDM and Lekhpal accountable. Can I file a case under Section 219 of the IPC to teach them a lesson? If so, how, and which court should I approach – the Sessions Court, District Court, or directly the High Court? Please advise.

Respected Lawyer,I enrolled in a distance MBA program in 2013 at a Bangalore college partnered with BharathiDasan University in Tiruchirappalli. The course fee was Rs. 2.5 lakhs, and I paid Rs. 1.25 lakhs in November 2013. Due to work commitments, I couldn’t attend classes for a while and decided to discontinue the program in January 2017. When I went to the college to withdraw, they initially demanded the full fee for releasing my original certificates. After repeated requests, they agreed to release them but asked for a Rs. 100 notary stating I wouldn’t seek a refund. Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this situation?

Respected Sir, I began my basic military training on June 25th, 2015. After four months, I faced some mental difficulties and went absent without leave for over 30 days, totalling 80 days.
