My aunt, a widowed senior citizen without children, owns a plot of land (63A) separate from our family property (63). Unfortunately, one of my cousins has built an extension onto her property, illegally joining it to his own. He’s even put his kitchen and bathroom on the encroached area. How can we resolve this? If my aunt writes a will leaving her property to me, could my other cousins challenge it after she passes? Or would a gift deed be a better option?

My father, an executive officer at Nagar Palika Seohara in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, sadly passed away due to liver cirrhosis while serving. We haven’t received his PF, gratuity, leave encashment, or any other dues except his pension. It’s been almost two years, and we’re facing a lot of difficulty due to their unresponsive attitude. Hi there,I’ve been working for a group of companies since May 2008. They moved me to a different company within the group in November 2012, but I never formally resigned from the original company.
