I booked a flat in Raheja Developers’ “Krishan Housing Scheme” under Haryana’s Affordable Housing Policy 2013. I cancelled the booking in November 2016, but Raheja Developers are refusing to refund my money. They say they’ll only refund after selling my unit and receiving payment from the new buyer.
