I worked for a company in Udaipur for a month, and my contract had a one-month notice period. They fired me, giving me the required notice, but now they’re ignoring my calls and emails. My salary for the last six weeks is unpaid, and I’ve faced mental stress for the past two months. I have the contract and termination notice sent by the company’s Managing Director, and bank statements showing my past salaries. My father served in the Indian Army for 15 years and joined State Bank of India as an armed guard in 1986 after his retirement. Sadly, he was dismissed from the bank in 1995 due to forgery and was also imprisoned. Since then, he hasn’t received any pension or benefits from the bank. We only received his PF money, about ₹60,000. We didn’t know much about these matters at that time. Is there any possibility for him to get his pension back? We repaid ₹40,000 to the bank after the forgery incident.

Respected Sir,I’ve been working as a temporary peon at LIC since March 2009 and continue to do so. I have my pay slips, appointment letter, attendance register, and salary deposited through NEFT. Recently, the Supreme Court passed an order in the TTFTTL v/s LIC case (Civil Appeal No. 6950/2009) on March 18, 2005, regarding absorbing temporary employees.Am I eligible to claim regular employment in LIC based on this Supreme Court decision? If not, what avenues are available for regularization? LIC has recently published a notice on their website to implement this order for employees who joined before 1991. I’ve been working as a software professional in a healthcare company for the past three years. The company’s financial situation is tough, and they’ve been deducting TDS from my salary. I worked for a large Indian IT company, listed on both the Bombay and National Stock Exchanges, with an office in Mumbai. My employer is asking me to pay a bond amount of ₹66,000 even though I’ve served my one-month notice period. They’ve also held back my last one and a half months’ salary and are asking for an additional ₹16,000 to reach the total bond amount. As a software developer in Mumbai, I recently resigned from my Indian private limited company after serving the mutually agreed notice period. However, I’m facing some issues:1. My company deducted a bond amount of ₹1 lakh from my salary, despite not providing the promised training or meeting the agreed terms. They refuse to provide copies of the bond agreement and the letter justifying the deduction.2. I joined a private company in March 2016 and left in August 2016. Sadly, I was caught in office politics and forced to resign.
