As a government employee, a vigilance file was opened against me in June 2012 based on a complaint from another government agency. Despite this, my department hasn’t found any evidence of wrongdoing. The agency hasn’t provided any proof either. They recently sent a letter mentioning a pending Supreme Court case, but my name isn’t listed as a party. I worked for XYZ Restaurants & Distributors Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi until May 2013. In January 2012, the company started paying me through a different company, ABC Outsource Pvt. Ltd., without formal termination or joining procedures. My company hasn’t paid my salary for almost a year, and they haven’t reimbursed expenses for over a year either. They’ve also been making disrespectful comments, and even though I filed a complaint, nothing happened. Now, they’ve given me a separation letter and asked me to leave without paying what I’m owed. I quit my job at a small private company on June 17th, 2016, and my offer letter required a 60-day notice period. I only completed 45 days because I received a better offer from another company. I served in South Central Railway between February 2014 and April 2016. My resignation was submitted on April 1st and approved on April 16th, the same day I left service.
