I’ve been working at a public sector bank in Delhi for the past four years. Recently, I got an exciting job offer from a private financial company and submitted my resignation. The bank’s rules say they can’t accept resignations if there are pending disciplinary issues. I handled some bad loans in the past, and there were ongoing investigations about that.
