I filed a police complaint, but they directed me to the cyber crime branch. I emailed them at [email protected] and also contacted the banking ombudsman. Sadly, they closed my complaint due to insufficient evidence. They need proof of my ATM card presence in Delhi/Noida on February 18th, 2016, but I haven’t made any transactions on that date. I filed a police complaint (FIR) against my husband, mother-in-law, and father-in-law under Section 498A and also a Domestic Violence case, providing evidence like letters, SMS, and emails detailing threats related to dowry demands. It’s been over a month, but the police haven’t arrested anyone. They say the accused aren’t at their known addresses and court summons haven’t been served. I’ve tried contacting the protection officer at the respondent’s location to find out if the summons were executed, but they’re ignoring my calls. What can I do to ensure this case gets a fair resolution?

I lent ₹40,000 to a relative, in two installments of ₹20,000 on January 9th and 11th, 2016. They promised to repay by September 20th, 2016, and later extended it to January 20th, 2017. I’ve reminded them about the repayment, but they are now refusing and even using abusive language.I have proof of the transactions through bank statements and audio recordings of their scolding. My friends were witnesses to the loan. How do I proceed legally, considering the situation? I want to take action against them, but I am hesitant due to our family ties. Respected Sir, My case involves sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IT Act, specifically sections 43(a)(b) and 66. I was arrested on October 13th, 2016, following an FIR filed on October 10th, 2016. I was initially remanded in police custody from October 14th to 16th, followed by a final remand from October 16th to 21st. I was then transferred to judicial custody on October 21st, 2016. I received temporary bail from January 5th to January 24th, 2017, but the charge sheet has not yet been submitted. Could you please advise on the process for converting my temporary bail to permanent bail?Specifically, I would like to know:1. Can I file a bail application based on the delay in submitting the charge sheet? 2. Is it mandatory for an accused person to spend 90 days in jail for the charge sheet to be submitted within that timeframe?3. If an accused person receives temporary bail before completing 90 days in jail, would they be released automatically if no charge sheet is submitted within those 90 days?
