My brother, a head constable in the Delhi Police, lives with our parents and me, though on different floors. He constantly creates problems, threatens violence, and verbally abuses our family. He even physically assaulted me and my mother. Despite reporting this to the police, they seem to be protecting him. His wife and he continue to harass us, making it impossible to live peacefully.
