I hired a web development agency from Gurgaon through Freelancer.com to build my website. I paid them half the fees upfront, but they haven’t delivered on their promise. Freelancer.com’s dispute resolution team ruled in my favor, confirming the agency didn’t complete the work. My family bought a house in Hyderabad back in 1995, using a proper legal deed. We later found out the property was considered surplus land by the Urban Land Ceiling (ULC) department. We paid the necessary fees and got everything officially cleared. Now, someone else claims the property was theirs all along and never declared as surplus. Dear Sir,I paid a 1 lakh rupee advance for a group house costing 15 lakhs. However, the builder isn’t following the agreed plan, the design has issues (like sewage pipes in the kitchen), and he’s asking for extra money for basic features.
